Once your item has been delivered, you are free to decide what to do with the packaging. However, we recommend keeping the packaging as it provides excellent protection in case the furniture needs to be transported again. The furniture is delivered in a sturdy wooden box, specially designed to protect furniture and fragile items during transport.

Yes, we provide a six-month warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty excludes intentional or accidental damage, unreasonable use, and damage from external sources.

Included in the warranty:

• Complimentary accessories such as paint or paraffin oil, along with guidance on their proper use.

Excluded from the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.
• Damage from external sources.
• Any damage caused by pets.

All of our custom products are delivered flat-packed, but don’t worry—it’s easy to assemble! The process is usually simple and straightforward. You’ll just need to attach the table legs to the table board, and your beautiful piece will be ready to use in no time. We include clear instructions or Installation Guide Video to make the setup process as hassle-free as possible.

Each table is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans, requiring ample time to ensure the highest quality. If needed, we can expedite the order to 7–10 weeks while still ensuring high quality.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you once your product has shipped. Check the email you received with your order status to find your tracking number. Simply enter this number in our tracking portal to view your order's progress.
