At AuroraResinHome, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of every epoxy products. All of our products come with a 6-month warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.Below are the details of our warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage

We warrant to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of delivery, except for specific exclusions listed below

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Custom Components: Any custom-designed parts or materials (e.g., fabric, foam) not included in our standard offerings.
  • Environmental Exposure: Damage from outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture. Our products are intended for indoor use only.
  • Natural Wood Characteristics: Unique features of wood, such as knots and grain variations, are natural and not defects.
  • Cleaning Products: The use of solvents, alcohol, or abrasive materials on the resin surface may void the warranty.
  • Accidental Damage: Damages resulting from misuse, physical abuse, or improper handling after delivery.

Repair Services

If you experience issues such as peeling, minor cracks, or surface wear within 6 months after purchase, please contact our customer service team directly for assistance.
For issues that occur after the 6-month warranty period, we offer paid repair services. This includes helping you arrange for a local professional technician to perform on-site repairs (fees will be charged directly by the technician), and providing paint and sealant if necessary.

How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, please email us at support@auroraresinhome.com with:

  • Your name and contact info

  • Purchased Link, Item name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos and video of the damage

  • Other Proof of purchase

We may inspect the issue and decide to repair the product at our discretion.

Usage Tips for Longevity

  • Keep your table away from moisture, sunlight, and heat sources.

  • Clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.

  • Avoid placing sharp objects directly on the surface.

  • Check and tighten screws regularly.

Shipping & Dimensions

  • Dimension Tolerance: Tables may vary up to ½" in size unless precise specs are provided in advance.

  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives visibly damaged, note it before signing, take photos and video, and contact us immediately.
