Auroraresinhome offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. (excluding Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas.). Additional fees and/or service restrictions may apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories.
Unloading Service Options

Table Length Under 90 Inches - Truck Unloads
- For tables that are under 90 inches in length, the truck will handle the unloading at no extra cost.

Table Length Over 90 Inches - Customer Unloads (Recommended: 3-6 people)
- For tables longer than 90 inches, you will need to unload the table yourself. We recommend having 3-6 people available to help with unloading.

Table Length between 90” and 180” inches - Unloading by Trucking Company (+ $800 USD)
- If your table is between 90 and 180 inches in length, the trucking company will handle the unloading for an additional charge of $800 USD. Note: Truck unloading is not recommended as it tends to be more expensive. This is because the truck needs to rent a forklift, and a forklift operator must accompany the truck for unloading. Renting the forklift and operator typically requires a full day, resulting in high labor costs. For a more cost-effective solution, we recommend arranging a forklift rental locally near your location, which can help save on these expenses.
- Tables over 180” inches length: Handled by the trucking company, unloading costs $1200.
- Pick-up from warehouse or truck stop: No unloading costs.
Delivery Details:
Your table will be delivered by truck directly to your doorstep. However, if there are delivery restrictions, such as narrow streets, one-way roads, construction zones, or hilly terrain, and the truck cannot reach your door, you will need to unload the table at the nearest point where the truck can stop.
Note: We deliver customer tables to your doorstep by truck. Please keep in mind that for truck delivery, there is only one truck driver, and the truck driver's unloading capacity is limited.

Yes Most countries! We offers international shipping services, catering not only to customers in the USA but also extending our reach to most countries across the globe.
While our commitment is to facilitate worldwide shipping, there are certain regions we currently cannot deliver to, including:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, North Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, India.

How Is the Product Packed and Shipped?
All Orders are carefully wrapped with protective blankets and packed in wood crates to prevent damage during transit. You can rest assured that your item will arrive in perfect condition.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated by the courier.
How To Change My Delivered Address?
Pay attention when ordering addresses, We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (support@auroraresinhome.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can’t change the address once the item was dispatched.
My Order Has Not Arrived Yet? Why?
Due to adverse weather conditions or logistical delays with flights, delivery of your purchased products may be delayed. While some packages may arrive early, others might experience shipping delays, primarily if you reside in a more remote area. If you encounter any issues, please email: support@auroraresinhome.com.
I Have Received Only Part Of My Shipment, Where Are The Other Items?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, some parcels can experience shipping delays while others do not. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
