Auroraresinhome offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. (excluding Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas.). Additional fees and/or service restrictions may apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories. 

Unloading Service Options

1. Table Length Under 90 Inches - Truck Unloads
   • For tables that are under 90 inches in length, the truck will handle the unloading at no extra cost.
2. Table Length Over 90 Inches - Customer Unloads (Recommended: 3-6 people)
   • For tables longer than 90 inches, you will need to unload the table yourself. We recommend having 3-6 people available to help with unloading.
3. Table Length between 90” and 180” inches - Unloading by Trucking Company (+ $800 USD)
   • If your table is between 90 and 180 inches in length, the trucking company will handle the unloading for an additional charge of $800 USD. Note: Truck unloading is not recommended as it tends to be more expensive. This is because the truck needs to rent a forklift, and a forklift operator must accompany the truck for unloading. Renting the forklift and operator typically requires a full day, resulting in high labor costs. For a more cost-effective solution, we recommend arranging a forklift rental locally near your location, which can help save on these expenses.

• Tables over 180” inches length: Handled by the trucking company, unloading costs $1200.
• Pick-up from warehouse or truck stop: No unloading costs.

Delivery Details:

Your table will be delivered by truck directly to your doorstep. However, if there are delivery restrictions, such as narrow streets, one-way roads, construction zones, or hilly terrain, and the truck cannot reach your door, you will need to unload the table at the nearest point where the truck can stop.

Note: We deliver customer tables to your doorstep by truck. Please keep in mind that for truck delivery, there is only one truck driver, and the truck driver's unloading capacity is limited.

While our commitment is to facilitate worldwide shipping, there are certain regions we currently cannot deliver to, including:

All Orders are carefully wrapped with protective blankets and packed in wood crates to prevent damage during transit. You can rest assured that your item will arrive in perfect condition.

How To Change My Delivered Address?

Pay attention when ordering addresses, We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (support@auroraresinhome.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can’t change the address once the item was dispatched.

My Order Has Not Arrived Yet? Why?
Due to adverse weather conditions or logistical delays with flights, delivery of your purchased products may be delayed. While some packages may arrive early, others might experience shipping delays, primarily if you reside in a more remote area. If you encounter any issues, please email: support@auroraresinhome.com.

I Have Received Only Part Of My Shipment, Where Are The Other Items?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, some parcels can experience shipping delays while others do not. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, For customized epoxy resin order, we cannot accept Exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations with a valid reason within 6 hours of placing your order. Please double-check all details when placing your order, including size and design, to ensure everything is correct and to your satisfaction.

Since our furniture is made-to-order, cancellations cannot be processed once production or delivery is in progress. We begin crafting your piece promptly after your order, often contacting the craftsman the same day and beginning the process of purchasing wood and scheduling production. Due to the nature of custom furniture, cancelled orders are difficult to resell, especially since design work may already have started.

For customized epoxy resin order, once the drawings are confirmed and production has started, changes cannot be made. Orders cancelled after 72 hours of placement are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. However, custom items, showroom pieces, and special orders are not eligible for return.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we are happy to assist with logistics upon request.
• The item must be in “as-new” condition. If damage is noted, Auroraresinhome reserves the right to charge a reasonable restoration fee.
• Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value, minus a 30% restocking fee.

Please note that due to the international nature of our business, return shipping can be costly. We encourage communication in the event of unexpected situations.

Refund

Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to Refund. 

Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

Quality Assurance

All items undergo a thorough quality check before being shipped. However, errors may sometimes occur. If the item you receive is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and photographs and video of any damage. We will issue a partial refund or rectify the issue as per our shipping policy.

Assembly and Damage

Damage occurring during home assembly is not covered by our policy. If you have any concerns about assembly, feel free to contact us for advice. Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled, except for the furniture legs.

Natural Characteristics of Wood

We celebrate the natural variations in wood, including small knots, cracks, grain differences, and color changes. These unique features, along with the industrial processes we use, may result in minor machining or pitting marks, which are part of the character of each piece. These variations are not considered valid reasons for return or refund.

Our timber is properly dried for indoor use, but as a natural material, wood can experience slight dimension changes, such as shrinking or warping, due to temperature or humidity fluctuations. These changes can often be corrected by adjusting the environment where the furniture is kept.

Force Majeure

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to changes in climate or environment, acts of nature, war, pandemics, earthquakes, fires, or other unforeseen events.

Disputes

We understand that disputes with financial institutions can be a source of frustration and stress for our customers, and we want to support you through this process as best we can. Please contact us directly if you have any issues or concerns with your purchase. We will work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable. If the dispute escalates to the bank, we will respect their decision and comply with it, regardless of the outcome.

In the event that a customer disputes a payment with their financial institution, we will cooperate with the bank’s investigation and provide any necessary documentation to support our position. If the dispute escalates and a decision is made by the bank, we will respect and abide by their decision, whether it is in our favor or the customer’s. We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns or issues regarding their purchase before filing a dispute with their bank.

We warrant to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of delivery, except for specific exclusions listed below

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

• Custom Components: Any custom-designed parts or materials (e.g., fabric, foam) not included in our standard offerings.
• Environmental Exposure: Damage from outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture. Our products are intended for indoor use only.
• Natural Wood Characteristics: Unique features of wood, such as knots and grain variations, are natural and not defects.
• Cleaning Products: The use of solvents, alcohol, or abrasive materials on the resin surface may void the warranty.
• Accidental Damage: Damages resulting from misuse, physical abuse, or improper handling after delivery.

Repair Services

If you experience issues such as peeling, minor cracks, or surface wear within 6 months after purchase, please contact our customer service team directly for assistance.
For issues that occur after the 6-month warranty period, we offer paid repair services. This includes helping you arrange for a local professional technician to perform on-site repairs (fees will be charged directly by the technician), and providing paint and sealant if necessary.
